I wish this was a documentary, I feel like it’s a little short. Plus y’all should have been a little easier on Jonah, really you can only put in enough effort as the person, you can push him if he ain’t gonna push himself. Only go as hard as he goes hard, other than that just be supportive. This is just from a position who use to be morbidly obese. He’s very depressed and with that, just dogging on him is only gonna make his depression worse and make him turn to food more. If you wanna make things right with him you should apologize off camera and ask be nicer. Remember only be as hard on him as how hard he is going

The guys actually trying to lose weight are great. I'm a wrestler that has to lose 3 pounds by tomorrow to participate in a tournament. Our coach once said if you have to puke, puke then get right back to practice. Our coaches make us mentally buff. My trick to lose weight is if i sleep or stay in my house i would have with 4 layers on. If I go outside I have 1 layer on. I live in Minnesota so the cold would fasten your heartbeat causing you to lose calories. I haven't ate in 2 days. I want to wrestle no matter what.
